What each status requires, how each source is read, and the data behind the 952 entries of the registry.

On this page 6 sections

The method applied to a real registry entry. Each marker points to the general rule.

Six statuses, and what each one requires

From bottom to top, what it takes to climb one rung. Counts as of Oct 18, 2026.

  1. Formally verified2entries

A named third party has checked a machine proof, one written for proof-checking software such as Lean. A proof supplied only by the claimant is not enough.

  2. Peer reviewed11entries

Published in a journal or reviewed by named experts.

  3. Under review3entries

Public review under way, no verdict yet.

  4. Not evaluated906entries

No third-party evaluation found. No DiscoverIA status yet; this does not mean nobody has checked it.

Outside the path

  • Contested14entries

Sourced public objection, with no established refutation.

  • Withdrawn16entries

Withdrawn or abandoned by its author, or marked incorrect by the reference source.

Reading reliability

  • 3/3Source read word for word
  • 2/3Source read through an AI summary
  • 1/3Search-engine snippet only

10 statuses out of 952 rest on a search snippet alone.

Named third-party rule

Formally verified requires a named third party. A co-claimant is never a third party, and a platform's own checker is not enough.

Certified reproductions

Format discoveria-rapport-reproduction/1. “Reproduced” requires exact equality, exact or certified arithmetic and a negative control that fails as expected. The scope comes in three lists:

portee.couvert : what the replay establishes.
portee.suppose : what the claim assumes, not proved.
portee.cite_non_reconstruit : what is cited without being replayed.

Only receipts whose report is public are listed here. No public receipt yet.

Contest, propose, replay

  1. On each entry, “Report an error or suggest a source”. A reported error is corrected, then the text is reread. The same form is at the bottom of this page.
  2. A status change adds a dated, sourced observation to the history: an observation is added; none is ever erased.
  3. Replay: each public report gives its command and the sha256 fingerprint of each artefact. Repository open to researchers: planned. provisional
